    Pity it's an advertising stunt - but it's a nice one.

    With our last flight we were on the plane when Mrs Shiney realised that she had left her coat in the departure hall. She told the flight attendant, five minutes before take-off. She phoned through to the hall and someone delivered it to us. Thanks BA :dbgrtmb:
