We keep Loritadine on hand but I use Actifed, which is not for sale in the UK.
      Loritadine is Claritiin.

I don't usually get crusty eyes but when I did the optician said it was due to a bacterial infection. He prescribed drops which I wasn't able to administer on my own so I just put some on a tissue and wiped my eyes with it. The crustiness disappeared but I kept the drops and if it happens again I'll do the same with a tissue.

I think you are supposed to get rid of the drops after a month if they are antibiotic and should be kept in a fridge.

Actifed is a cough syrup over here, Claritin is probably more expensive than Loratadine but the same stuff.
Likewise Piriteze which just appears to be Cetirizine.

They last 6 months and there was no instruction to keep them in the fridge. I didn't realize it but I think they're about just over the date now.
