Mildew & fungus control

    Trouble is most fungicides are topical only....they will wash off with rain and require further spraying. If it rains again you spray again. :noidea:
    My feeling is that black spot, rust and the like will always plague certain roses.......maybe consider replacing with disease resistant varieties!
    Your tomato question taurusmmuk.....yes, pinch the tops back before you go. Two weeks is a long time for toms in a gh though

      Unfortunately I have no choice, so whatever happens I will learn from it. I usually go on holiday later in the year but again I have to go early this year so it will be part of the learning curve. Thanks for your help.
