I've already got a few mints - Apple mint, Lime mint, Chocolate mint and Tashkent mint.
On Sunday I bought Spear mint, Pepper mint and Pineapple mint.
I remember in my parents' garden there was Au de Colone mint but I haven't got that one (it died many years ago) so I am on the look out for it, and any other types I can get

I got one I'd suggest getting called Basil Mint that is nice and think this linked page is the same as the one I have growing. Flowers seem to last a little longer than the common garden mint I have planted next to it and I think it smells nicer. Both get a good trimming after they finish flowering to reduce how much they are spreading and its probably good advice to keep them in containers. Got another one from the nearest garden centre that I think was just labelled flowering mint and it does have better flowers than the others and there is a wild one I have found around the place. Found one last year as well that seemed different again just sprouted up unexpectedly and I think it might be some sort of hybrid as its a bit different from the others and seems very vigorous.

        Happy gardening!

The Au de Colone mint seems to be readily available to buy. Best price seems to be a seller on eBay and he has 100% positive feedback.
