A few years ago, the legendary Dilbert website featured an Automatic Mission Statement Generator, but it was taken off line 5 years ago, which is a shame because it was funny.

But cleverness is not exclusive, someone else built a new one to fill the vacuum left by the demise of the old one. Here it is for your amusement.

Years ago I was given a 'jargon generator' which consisted of an A4 with three columns of about twenty words, you could put any three together from across the columns and it would sound (ridiculously) impressive. I wish I kept it, it really was good.

My current company sends out endless internal email packed full of this twaddle, today I got one containing the phrase "how to improve your sales motions" :)

Prior to attending project meetings, a few of us used to write down those sort of buzzwords onto pieces of paper, draw them out a box, then see how many we use.

Or to while away the endless hours stuck in a meeting why not play MooPoo Bingo:

I thought that lacked skill (relying upon others usage of words), as our way just involved a small clique within a meeting where we had to surreptitiously use our allocated words without the others guessing what we were up to.

Moo poo bingo was exactly what I was thinking off !
I have been fortunate enough to work for large American corporations for the last 30 years. They have always been good employers. But at my time of life I do not want to be told "have I picked all the low hanging fruit" or " are all my ducks in a row ", the anglo-saxon two word response usually quells this drivel :snork:
