mother in laws weird plant

    I'm hoping someone can :help: my deaf father in law got this plant for my mother in law, but didnt catch that name of it as it was told to him. He thinks its PEO possibly. Of course with his hearing it could begin with BEO or CEO lol
    does anyone have any clues please? :ntwrth:
