Much as I enjoy Chelsea!!

Did you get any piccies of Chris Beardshaws garden? His gardens are always excellent. He is my fav!

 

Chelsea 2019........Heavy.

Had a lovely time at Chelsea ,we hadn’t been for a few years so we’re exited.
We were there by 9am. so plenty of room to have a close look at the main Show Gardens.
So much was happening it was difficult to take it all in ,but it was fun trying.

I once sneaked into the back of the Hampton Court show when I was a coach driver. I didn't have the same interest then so it didn't mean that much to me. I remember we had to park miles away and walk. Us and several thousand other people. There was a boat for those that didn't want to walk. It took just as long to queue for the boat as it did to walk. It's not something I would choose to do.

Some fabulous photos all round here - so thank you everyone. My favourites were definitely those in the floral pavillion and the cheeky little one of Mr Ishihara having a sit down (love his gardens and enthusiasm). My favourite show garden was Chris Beardshaw's for Morgan Stanley - I loved the brass sculpture in the relecting pool.
