    Rock and Metal floats my boat, AC/DC, KISS, Iron Maiden through to Pink Floyd, Journey and everything in between.

    BUT I have a saying, Good Tunes is Good Tunes, Alison Moyet is probably my favourite non-Rock artist, also enjoy some Abba, Carpenters, Elvis P.

      Rock & metal here as well. I've also gone to German industrial metal and some EBM. I was brought up on prog rock (Pink Floyd [love them!!] etc) and 70s rock (Sabbath, Deep Purple etc) and David Bowie etc. I've also hold quite a torch for bands such as The Cure. It's going to be torture tomorrow on a hen do I'm going on, going clubbing with all the dance & r&b!

        Greetings fellow Rocker, nowt better than gardening to Planet Rock as I have been most of today so far.

        You have my sympathy for the hen do ! But I am sure you will have a good time, just keep singing in your head, that's what I try and do if I have to endure such torture. Can honestly say have never really got on with Dance/House/R&B either.

          Me too, I'm not really into metal I'm too old, but give me rock any day. I'm a lifelong fan of Zep and now Robert Plant, also Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Cream and all of that era. I also like some blues and opera as well, but rock is number one! :)

              We used to have Planet Rock on all the time, but now we've moved out here I can't get it on DAB radio (can't get much radio full stop!) so it's down to Internet Planet Rock :) I used to love Alice Cooper's breakfast show!
