    @Gail_68 thanks for the idea, the allotment is going good a little slow due to weather and time at the moment

    Doing a few early seeds and getting the spuds chiting

      Hi everyone got fed-up of the rain last weekend and put in the last of the external raised beds these will for permanent plants like Gooseberries Asparagus etc

        Good work mate :dbgrtmb: and you would get one close friend if my hubby new you growed Asparagus :snorky:....every hot meal we have they have to be added :help:

        They're supposed to be good for flushing the body system [​IMG] out apparently :scratch:

          Right tunnel frame up and pegged down, just need it to stop raining for a bit to get the hotspot tape on and the cover and I’m ready to go.

              I can barely believe the first and last pictures are the same plot. How far you have come in less than a year! What are you planning on growing in the poly tunnel?

                I know I was thinking that myself my plan was to hit it hard (if I could manage it) as long term it’s to be somewhere to relax and potter

                In the tunnel will be potting bench and shelves some grapes, tomms, lettuce chillis, melons, squash outside the 4 beds near the tunnel are permanent beds like asparagus gooseberries etc the other 6 are on a rotation

                  So amazed at the results of a bit of hard work, top one was taken when we first had the plot 23rd of July 17 the bottom one taken today what a difference

                    @Gail_68 hi thanks for asking...no been busy just not had chance to upload and update I’ve mostly sorted out the inside of the tunnel.

                    And filled the permanent beds with what’s going in them this week

                    Weather has been ok the old bit of rain nothing that’s stopped play
