We used to have thousands of Aquilegia but, sadly, we lost the lot of them to Aquilegia downy mildew

It has taken a lot of organising and quite a few years to promote our charity open day. We now get over 400 people (including 10 - 20 GC members) coming each year. Without loads of help on the day from friends it wouldn't happen. Entertainment, teas/cakes, plant sale, book sale, crafts, therapies etc. :dbgrtmb:

Taking cuttings of my Heuchera have produced a few variations though nothing like what one can purchase,..some gardeners grow them for the blooms however most are attracted to the foliage.

The one below is a Heucherella,..'Sweet Tea',..growers used Heuchera 'Villosa' to produce it.

Below another Heucherella 'Sweer Tea',..this one kept in less sun.

Philip, may I compliment you. Not only for sharing your delightful garden with us but, your fabulous photos and camera work. I have done a fair bit of photography in the past, using roll film, colour slide etc and digital. Over the years my best cameras were the Exacta varex 11A, now an Olympus digital. My microscopes are fitted with special cameras and connected to the computer. This I don't really class as photography. There I go again, rambling away.

@Mike Allen ,..Hi Mike,..i don't have much luck with Cameras,..i had a Sony DSCW55,..mislaid it while in America,..purchased another one and broke it by mistake,..then purchased a Canon SX610 HS,..two weeks ago just after i uploaded images to my computer,..the telescopic lens opened fully and would not close,..tried every tip in the book and on the internet to remedy the problem,..no luck,..so i ordered another Sony DSCW55 through Amazon just two days ago,..as its in transit i had another go at the telescopic lens that were stuck out,..tried brute force as it would cost as much to fix as a new camera,..lo and behold its working again,..now i have two lol,..the Sony and the Canon are pretty much the same size,..its the Sony that has proved the better one.

I just uploaded the video below tonight in YouTube.
