My little rose garden

In years gone by Pelargoniums have been known as Geraniums and still are to a certain extent, but the name Pelargonium is being used more and more now.

 

I like roses then camelia then geraniums ( perlagoniums) then aquilegia then ferns. Nothing else really gets me going
But the roses i do fall in love with

 

finally finished digging up my front garden this afternoon. Weed control fabric down and purple slate chips purchased. will finish it tomorrow and then post a pic.

WOO HOO THAT MAKES 27 ROSES!

 

What should i do for my roses wait till the new year coz that is when it is available and put manure on them? put loads of bark on asap coz very cold weather is coming or invenst in something called Strulch organic garden mulch them now and kill two birds with one stone?
HELP!
