    Could it be a commelina pamsdish:scratch:, seem to recognise the flower.

    Thought it looked like it :happydance:, did have some in my garden but another casualty of the winter :cry3:, oh well always next year to grow some more.

    pamsdish,I hadn't kept up with this thread and missed the pics of the flowers.

    Has it started to get leggy and climb/ creep?

    It has a spathe on it which I found interesting .
    This would seem to make it Commelina diffusa.
    Common name Climbing or trailing day flower.
    This site mentions the spathe as an id feature.
    However, this is just a suggestion as it is not something I am familiar with.

      It is the Commelina Silver Surfer:phew:, I planted it out and its now setting seed again.:yahoo: I will save some, as if its a casualty of another hard winter it is so easy to grow from seed .:yess:

      However I will take care to mark the label better:heehee:
