Need your help please

thank you Fat controller. I havnt been removing the device properly just removing it from available printers. Im going to have to do it on a day where i need to get nothing done and im well enough just to deal with it. I have found the uninstall bit inside application and then the hp section so pretty sure if i open that and follow the instructions that will un install it and then i can re install it all again
