    I'd let them flower this year and then remove the ones you don't like, they should come back every year, in the same place and about the same time of year.

    A excellent tool from Lidls and only £4.99, that is their pruning saw, I use it more to get stubborn plants out of pots. Don’t know if you remember last year, when I said about my cannas and I struggles to get them out of the pots, this was excellent and where I run it around the rim and If I got a stubborn piece I could just saw.
