    I've dug thousands of trees stumps out by hand, mini diggers, big diggers and a few with t n t in open areas untill laws were changed :doh:

        Hi Jiffy i was watching a series called tree men recently and they took a few trees out with TNT certainly gets the job done.

          Not always, we had to get out a very big tree which the trunk was about 8/9 feet round, it was to big for our chainsaws so we dug down and under put in t n t and wait for the bang !! it went bang the tree went straight up and sat back down in the same place, so it was round 2 :snorky:

                  I wasn't looking, but came across something on the internet that said drilling holes in a stump and filling them with water/Epsom salt mixture rots them away. I don't know if it works.
