I agree about the whey @Escarpment , but nowadays they have vegan versions. I was only veggie when I started using the original formulation.

 

Vegan "cheese" is generally a complete shocker. Most of the brands are just flavoured coconut oil and starch, with no nutritional value at all. I worry that there's parents sending their kid off to school with a "cheese" sandwich ...
