    I believe the plastic problem is a tough one but I also believe it is China and India whose rivers are floating most of their plastic out to sea. And making little or no effort to stop.

    I don't see much litter around here so I'm thinking that most of our waste goes into the appropriate recyle facilities and yes, a small amount escapes or is unintentionally spilled into the waterways. And I do believe that the same goes over there in the UK.

    I'm glad to see this project works and really hope it is installed here too.

    But as the video states, until people stop buying so much single use plastic, not too much is going to change. And you can bet that as long as those countries keeping flushing their garbage into the oceans with impunity, they won't be changing their ways either.

    I'll keep doing what I can to reduce my footprint but I'm not going to lose any sleep over the issue. Fretting over something I can't change is silly.
