As I see it, if you are taking a cutting from the dominant plant, (ie the one grafted onto the rootstock) then presumably the cutting will be true to that.

I've done some Googling and I can't find anything to the contrary :dunno:

It might make it a bit more interesting to see what you end up with.

At the moment only Rosemoore, Crazy for You, Regensberg, Orange and Lemon, Trumpeter are flowering out of all the roses I have. Orange and Lemon was only planted bare root last Winter but is still throwing out sprays of flowers while others planted at the same time have only produced two or three flowers in this season, still there's next year when they'll be established more.:snork:

Rose Orange and Lemon [bought because Woo tempted me with a pic of it!:snork:]

She most certainly is. I love the way her blooms change colour during the day and how some of them are pink and some yellow, or a mix of both :wub2:

The same blooms as above now look much darker pink ...

Yet a bloom on another part of the plant is pinky yellow ...

She's looking prettier every day. The blooms start off that pinky yellow and turn darker pink as they mature. [IMG]
Definitely will be taking cuttings off this one as I quite fancy a few in a row for a hedge effect.

don't they make ya feel happy,:yahoo:
