      I've treated myself to a new digital SLR camera for Christmas so looking forward to taking some better pics of my roses next year - once I work out how to use the blimmin' thing that is :snork:

          It's the Nikon D3000. Not used a DSLR before but from the reviews I've read it's a good starting point :blue thumb:

                  I've taken the camera back and exchanged it for the D3100 instead. Couldn't do without the Live View function and wanted the HD video recording for when I'm out with the boys (dogs). Can't wait for Chrimbo day now so I can open it. Taps foot impatiently.
