I'm a bit over particular, maybe. I keep food areas awful clean. I looked in the bread bin. The end of a loaf was covered in a pretty apricot mould with fluffy white bits. It scared the BJs out of me. I bleached the bin and the council counter food compost bin..
Then I googled. It's not dangerous and needs heat and humidity to grow. We've had a lot of that here lately.
What would we do without Google? Imagine having to go to the library to research the topic.
