Pear tree ugly leaves

    These are on the leaves on my conference dwarf tree any ideas ?

    Looks very much like Pear rust which seems to be very prevalent this year. If it is you can only collect up and burn any affected leaves. Remove any Junipers nearby as they are needed for the rust's life cycle.

    Thanks yes i looked up on net but there isnt any juniper anywere near this tree
    I also have a necterine tree that hasnt even produced any leaves nevermind fruit i thought it was dead but when i scratch bark away its green underneath
