great places to go on a holiday. I have worked for a few months in St kassian and I can honestly say that it was heaven on earth....

 

Breathtaking scenery Pro, and great photos - really like the third and sixth ones! Used to think I'd like to go rockclimbing as a child - then vertigo struck! Good for you - looks amazing!

 

Great pics, Pro .... no wonder you keep so skinny ... sorry, slim ... besides the gardening. Particularly love the second pic ... but wouldn't want to get lost there .... :eek:

This is a grade one Via ferrata ( protected path), I did this route without harnes:



I had a fantastic time and met some intresting folk, will be coming back next time with a hire car as public transport is poor. Its an intresting place to stay as folk speak both italian or german plus the local dialec! Food was excelent.

Dont know how I missed this tread Pro. What stunning scenery!!!!! looks like you had a fantastic time. Wish I had been more adventurous when I was younger. Id love to do something like that. The minds willing, but the body says "dont be silly.":( 02

 

What stunning scenery - I never seem to be able to find places like that to visit.
