    I agree with Zigs.

    Martyn your plant looks like Umbilicus rupestris or Wall pennywort it is very commonly found growing in walls.

    Cymbalaria muralis, with common names ivy-leaved toadflax, Kenilworth ivy, coliseum ivy, Oxford ivy, mother of thousands, pennywort, wandering sailor etc.. has very different shaped leaves, it has gorgeous tiny flowers, it is another plant that loves walls...be careful it can be a thug.
