The frost has gone from here (for the time being). I have an Aronia and a Cornus to plant out and a Euonymus to move. Will it be all right doing it now or should I wait until it gets warmer? Both shrubs have been sat on the patio since last December so they should be hardy - I always assumed that is actually warmer for them in the ground, but I want to check before going ahead.

Aaron, as long as the ground isn`t waterlogged or frozen they can go in at any time. :thumb:

Thanks David, I planted the (rooted) Christmas tree in the chicken's enclosure this afternoon and the ground was fine (just its usual heavy clay content!) - no frost visible and amazingly in my garden, not waterlogged.
