Having just spend half an hour removing a small patch of it, I'm sorely tempted. The trouble is, i don't see how I could glyphosate it without killing all the other stuff it's interplanted with.
I'm not an evangelical organic gardener but I've never yet used weed killer on my garden and it would pain me to do it. It would be like killing spring.

Found a white one the other day and a pale yellow with a blue reverse. Never planted either of these forms in the garden, though I do have Brazen Hussy and a Double flowered Cream form.

Why buy it at hyper inflated prices when you can make your own? Just add a little wallpaper paste to made up Round up and there you are, gel!

Good plan. What next, just smear it on the celandines? Knowing me I'd get it everywhere.

Val, has there been any sign of blooms on it? Yellow or Violet as I am debating with Zigs that it very much looks like violets to me which like the lesser celandine spread profusely the only difference is the leaves of the celandine are a bit heavier and more lined than the violets and then of course the blooms. The reason at this point I am still thinking Zigs and Marley Farley etc may be right is that you have not mentioned any blooms.
