@Silver surfer Thank you for posting those pictures.
I have fond memories of several trips to Nepal a few years ago and would have kept going for longer, but the heart and lungs developed problems.

Wonderful photos Silver Surfer, thank you so much. I have had a reply from Satty re which Arisaema would be best suited to here so yes the bank balance will be trashed! I intend on buying 3 bulbs of various varieties, good idea? Do you by chance know how far apart I should plant them and am I best to start them in pots in an unheated greenhouse rather than just plant straight out. From what Satty said it sounded as though the bulbs are sent out in January so it might be a case of waiting till the ground thaws! When emerging are they likely to be on the menu for slugs? Forearmed is forewarned, if a friend had not warned me re slugs having a penchant for Cardiocrinum Gigantium I would have lost them. Sorry for all the questions but the bulbs are not exactly cheap so want to give them the best chance I can. I have both leaf mould and rotted horse manure, like these or not? Would they be happy growing where I have a large clump of Trillium Grandiflorum? It is south facing but shaded by some big trees and a fairly dry spot for this part of the world anyway.
