Powdery mildew on apple tree?

    Hi,
    Few weeks back we have bought a pair of apple trees from a local garden centre, and now we have noticed that they got powdery, like you can see in the photos.
    Is this powdery mildew, or something else?

    I'd say that is just normal,the shoots often have fine hair on them.
