Here's the peach tree in my greenhouse (variety Peregrine). I've made a very inexpert attempt at fan-training it but it's not great. This year it has grown two peaches, both on the same branch on the left (you can see one of them in the picture). I did hand-pollinate, but I guess it didn't want to fruit this year.

I've chopped off most of last year's branches, except for the one the peaches are growing on, but I need a bit of advice. Should I chop the side shoots off now as well? And should I chop off the ends that have reached the glass, or just leave them to keep growing round?

Hello Orielwen, welcome to GC :) Here's a link to a useful site....there's a section specifically aimed at pruning greenhouse peach trees.....Peaches
I'd say you've nothing to lose by pruning all the long, whippy stems back to the woody framework, leaving a couple of buds to form fruiting shoots for next year. A balanced fertiliser (fairly equal NPK) will provide nitrogen for new growth and potassium to help with ripening the wood and producing fruit.
