    potatoes,leeks,smoked haddock,cream, water cress


    boil potatoes,leek ,till soft enough to mash
    keeping water in the mash,add knorr chicken bullion,and knorr vegetable bullion in some more boiling water,add to mash,cook slowly for 10mins
    take off the heat let cool a little add flaked smoked haddock,cook gently for 5 mins cool slightly add cream and water cress and serve with wholemeal bread and butter use day of cooking delicious

    What an interesting recipe, Kathy3. I love leeks and smoked haddock ... unfortunately you cannot get it here, the smoked haddock that is, leeks ae very popular ... :(
