Could anyone point me in the right direction of some seed suppliers that they've found to be reliable, please? I'm suffering propagation deficiency :rolleyespink:, so looking to sow some exotics, ornamental trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals....mostly anything but palms and cactus.
I've bought from Chiltern and Plantworld in the past, with variable results, but there's nothing like current personal experience and recommendation!
    Thanks in advance :)

Try seedaholic.com, seekay.co.uk and plant-world-seeds.com. nickeys-nursery.co.uk is another good one I've had no problems with.

Ive had good germination from seedaholic and plantworldseeds as @Fern4 (try SEEDS10 as a discount code for PWS)

Good results from world wonders gardens (try 10%OFF as a discount code if you use them)

Really good germination from succuland for echiverias

I have seed from Jungleseeds and Chiltern that Ive not yet sown so cant comment on success

I never had a problem with Chiltern when I used them . For Ebay suppliers I use Seekay and Premier seeds , the quality control seems very good and they are DEFRA registered.

Thank you very much, @Fern4, @andrews and @HarryS! As I said above, I've used Chiltern and Plantworld for years, but the first has never been spectacular for good results (can't fault the choice) and Plantworld had good germination rates, but more limited choice. Will have a look at your recommendations! P.S. Thanks also for the codes, andrews :)

World Wonders Gardens are great for exotic and succulent seeds. They send very thorough sowing and growing instructions for every plant you buy. :)

I get the majority of my seeds from ebay SeeKay and Premier_seeds_direct as others have said. But they only sell run of the mill stuff as far as I know, not exotics.

That looks a good site and I'm tempted. Gosh this forum can be expensive at this time of the year, stuck indoors on a rainy day with a credit card and just a few mouse clicks :)

King seeds are really good on bulk orders, the seed germination percentage is brilliant. If I was buying just small packets of seeds I would go else where unwin's are preferred for me.
