Try this one -flower looks similar shape:
    Golden Dawn- strong smell

    Summer Sunshine[Debbies' roses]
    Summer Sunshine
    hybrid tea
    Yellow
    Light scent

Summer Sunshine was a lovely yellow rose. Sometimes there were reddish streaks. But the bush did not bloom as much as I wanted and the bush was very susceptible to powdery mildew (and I don't have a problem with this disease). The bush eventually weakened and died.

Not a very good write -up! Couldn't find much about it.

Well herewith is the piccies of bud and flower of rescued rose 7, and flower of rescued rose 8. They sure did like the pinky reds - any ideas of what these are, in particular 8

Thanks Liz -couldn't find Sadlers Wells, but Hannah Gordon, has just solved the identity of a gorgious floribunda I inherited when I moved here. Many many thanks. However looking for Sadlers wells did lead me to this site.

Take a look and see if you think my rose 7 = Cardinal, and 8 ??? Bantry Bay

There are some gorgeous pictures here.

That site is so lovely! I could quite happily fill my garden with roses, never realised there were so many.
Your choices look right and as you've got the actual roses, I'd settle for them.
Sorry mispelt Saddlers Wells, it has 2 ds.Too dark anyway, and yours isn't a bicolour?

    Hi Nick

Fran kindly gave me three of these rescued roses, one white, one pink and the third orange. I Planted them straight into the garden the next day with lots of my home made compost and toprose, they seem fine and have probably really benefitted from all this rain we've had lately.
    I'll keep you informed.
Were they from a garden in Cheltenham?

I know Winchcombe, went to my cousins wedding in the Abbey/Church there and back to Winchcombe Manor for the reception.

No it was the(big)house very close to the Abbey/Church, thought it was called the Manor but it was quite a long time ago.
