I just think now we should get on with life and GC again now just as we always did.

I too have been a member/staff on here forever too and have always found it to be a very comfortable forum to be on and we have tried our hardest to keep it that way.

I started to write this before Marley's post so will continue.

I've been a member of GC for some time and still feel despite the recent issues, that this is still the best gardening forum on the web. It isn't the first time GC has been through a sticky patch and has bounced back. No big 'family' can continue along it's way with out some hiccups and GC is the same.

Please can members refrain from questioning admin members on open forum about the judgements and decisions made. We need to accept their decisions without dispute and move on. Yes, some of us have genuine issues with other members but it doesn't help for the wider world out there (particularly prospective new members) to see this. Take it privately to admin for them to deal with please.

I second that Marley. :) Come on folks lets settle down and put the recent issues behind us. Spring is coming so let's get back to what we know and what this forum is all about....gardening!

I'd like to say that for the first time in months I find it easier to post on GC.

Please can we just get back to being the BEST forum on gardening ever.

I believe the admin we have now are the best and the chaff have been weedled out.

Whatever happens on other forums doesn't bother me, but if I find that any crossovers are up to owt then there is one thing to do... use the " ignore " button.

I think that if other people do this we should be kept sweet ☺

I find myself agreeing with WeeTam again, I know I'm a newbie on here but I've seen a similar problem on a beer forum a few years back blow up all out of proportion and cause the forum to split into two camps.
This then had a mass walkout to start another forum, when really there was no need for it to happen.....hopefully, fingers crossed the above problem has been sorted???.

I'm in the dark too, and maybe that's the best place to be. We seem to get this most years in the depths of winter, us gardeners miss getting outdoors and go stir crazy. Spring is around the corner and the seed sowing season is about to start (or already has done for some) .

I like to recall my childhood memories on the farm and letting the cows out after being shut up indoors for weeks:

I’m in the dark as well as I was away for Xmas /New Year so missed all that has gone on and been said and it is such a shame that many people have left because of it and gone to find another forum to join:whistle:"busted" I would join to but I probably wouldn’t be let in so I will spend my days doing what I am best at.....Gardening:snorky: PS I have been getting out in the garden/greenhouse each day,I just wrap up warm and when I get a bit too cold or my arthritis starts playing up I go indoors for a hot drink and then go back out when I have warmed up a bit .After spending too much of my life being stuck indoors there is no way I am going to spend my twilight years stuck inside:snorky:
