shiney I hope to have something as wonderful one day (though it won't be as big lol) I started last spring and have already made a lot of progress but it is such a learning experience that I think it will be constantly evolving. I bet after 36 years you are still changing things around and making new plans :)

It really is a wonderful garden and all the hard work is definately worth it.

Master you sound like a TROLL to me.You have already tried winding members up in one of the other threads. You must be blind if you can't see the beauty in Shineys garden.:thumb:

I would like to see you do better and another thing it is your spelling and grammer that is rubbish, not Shiney's garden

Marley and Kandy, Thanks for your nice comments :thumb: :)

Please! Can we let it drop now. The Master has already apologised to me and has said that it was a tongue in cheek comment.

It is now over. Thanks very much :D :D

Just truly wonderful Shiney. I can see every minute of work you and Mrs Shiney have put in there. Congratulatins to you both on the wonder you have created.
Every best wish for your open day and hope you get lots of money for your charity.
And thank you so much for the privilege of the preview. I feel honoured.

Thanks very much Alice. :o :)

Those preview photos were from our open day in 2008. I never got around to posting more recent ones :(.

We have altered the garden quite a bit since then. Mainly removing large trees and making plantings in their place. Other beds that were fairly new in 2008 have developed quite well.

We have some ideas about extending some of the flowers beds to give them more depth but I don't know whether we shall get them done for open day next year. :old: :old: :hehe:

    You can just use
