I have a very shady, and sometimes windy corner and one of the sides of the corner is made up of the shed wall. I would like to grow something up a trellis. Has anyone any suggestions as to what might do well there.

NB I did think of Russian vine in a container

Pyracantha is a tough subject! Not a climber, but easily trained up a trellis if you keep cutting back longer growths coming forward. In a year or two, you could even grow a suitable clematis through it too.
