Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free

I might as well start this off with all of them in one.

    Apple Crumble

This isn't apple crumble as you would normally know it but it's a good special diet substitute. We use this all the time now.

Cook your apples as normal (other fruits are available :heehee:)
If you need to be sugar free and it isn't sweet enough then add sweetener. I use the natural sweetener Stevia (made from a herb) but you can't buy it unadulterated in the UK - as they usually add other, artificial, sweeteners. I buy mine from America.

Instead of making a crumble you just use ground almonds as a topping to the cooked apple. Put it in the oven and cook until just a hint of brown. Then sprinkle some sunflower seeds on top, and pumpkin seeds if you wish, and cook for another ten minutes. The ground almonds don't go crunchy but the seeds will.
