I was a youngster then, but by the mid 1980s I was just coming into my prime years. By the late 80s I was at an age where I took an interest in my health, not because it was the right thing to do, but because my hormones were raging and being a bright lad, I figured my best prospect for becoming popular with the ladies was to try to develop the body of Adonis.

Sadly I never quite achieved that, instead turning out to be one of those annoying people that can eat anything they like and still be as skinny as a bamboo cane. Even more sadly, it turns out that was just nature pranking me, because a few years later, it turns out I could put on weight after all
