Storing beetroot

    Any advice on storing beetroot? We are just starting to use ours (yum) and hopefully have enough to keep for later in the year but I find they get a bit dehydrated and wrinkly or if I store them in sand/soil they taste very earthy when we use them. [​IMG]

    Can't see you're doing wrong. Try leaving main crop in the ground and mulch with straw or hay or store in a clamp.
