    Don't normally mention the opposition but i'm sure we would all like to send Terry our best wishes for a speedy recovery.

    I know some of you follow his allotment slot on the Jeremy Vine show, where he announced he has been diagnosed with prostate cancer.

    I was going to send our regards via his Gardening Forums, but, as Armandii pointed out to me earlier, the forum has been shut down.

    Anyone wishing to send their goodwill, I can still get a message to him.

        Yes, heard him talking on the radio. I can sympathise, as my husband was diagnosed a year ago with prostate cancer, luckily it was one of the lower grades. Thankfully after going through his treatment Feb/Mar his was given a good prognosis, due to see specialist on 22nd to see if will be given the all clear.:doggieshmooze:

          Aye, without doubt, Terry is the best part of the Jeremy Whine Vine show - one of those guys that you just know is a decent bloke, just by the tone of his voice (if you know what I mean?)

          Anyway, please add my best wishes to all the others, and I truly hope that his recovery is swift.

          I must have been in the shed for too long as this is the first I've heard of Terry. After a quick scour of the tinterweb he seems a very likeable and decent chap! Best of British Terry
