That is beautfull loofah Out Our Price Range to be fair we am looking for the price range we are in now but wanting work we dont mind the work we am still toying with diferant ideas we only owe pocket money on our house ours is worth £190 £200 that was in the same bracket it is well screeded with trees but like ohs dad said wot happens when the trees are bear for 5 moths some of the flats look on to the garden and have got a bit of a repetation the flats that is and would see everthing we have in the garden etc and would see us come and go to work and said we would be sitting targets iv spent quite a lot on stone ware pots troughfs Gates ornaments etc he Said if i had that lot on show there i would come home to nothing

And said this is why its cheep and not sold Even as a Building Project

He Said The Same Old Pick that Property up and the land it Would fetch close on a Mill in a Diffrent Area

But like every one has said somthing will come along the right price and location Im quite Sure

 

Folly I would not let it go, for the sake of a POSSIBLE few erks, that MIGHT see it as a target in the Winter,
The folly alone would scare me to death, and the statue rising out of the ground, I would not tempt to get anywhere near your property

Then to own such a magnificent house and grounds, for what would be pennies to it's real worth is a no brainer IMHO

The sort of picture that property details don't normally include



Looks like there could be a lot of negative equity in surrounding properties and nothing around there has been sold for many years. Also looks like the estate agents have taken the property off the market for a while, then put it back on at the same price, probably so they can tell prospective purchasers a shorter time that it's 'been on the market'.
