      Tomatoes - 8/10 lots & lots of them, only had 2 ripe so far

      Turkish Cucumber - 9/10 growing amazingly well

      Carrots - 4/10 still got some in, but early sown ones were only suitable for salad

      Leeks - coming along brilliantly 8/10

      Potatoes - STILL not ready though foliage still growing everyday 6/10

      Melons - 4 on 3 plants & growing daily 8/10

      Spinach - has raged this year & tastes delicious 10/10

      Cucumber - 2/10 as birds ate them when they first sprouted, now got a few coming through but too little too late I fear.

      Courgettes - 10/10 A steady supply & beautiful.

      Lettuce - grew 15, ate 15. 10/10

      Squashes - growing nicely (even though i thought i had planted pumpkins lol) 6/10

      Sweet peppers - 10 plants, 2 flowers so far & nothung else. I planted too late I think so my fault 2/10

        Hi.. great to see the comparison!

        I just picked a few tomatoes tonight, and some of the larger ones are now just starting to ripen. I must start them earlier next year.

        I too was surprised at what I had grown. Although i put labels on them, I still managed to mix up my courgettes, gherkins and cucumbers! Next year I will be determined to know what I'm growing LOL. And same as you, the peppers need to be sown earlier. I fear we're not going to get that many more warm days as we quickly progress towards the autumn.
