    He currently rents the house he's in and has a good landlord, so I presume all is as it should be. It's ironic they have this weather at the moment, he lives in what is called 'tornado alley' and they have that to deal with in the summer months. :doh:

      The good news is that when that weather system moves east to the UK it wont bring snow, but the bad news is that it will have turned to yet more torrential rain and gales when it gets here http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-25589507
