I have grown yellow pear shaped tomatoes several years ago . I shall be checking back my seed notes as now I cannot have red tomatoes I shall reinstate those to my list of seeds for this year.

    Though .......
Another member kindly sent me some seed which were also yellow and pear shaped so I have a head start.

Such self-restraint! All I have to do is not add a dozen more. ;) Screenshot_20240119-201110.png

If you need something to do you can always try recording the cultivar yields :stirpot:

Daring to put my head above the parapet and getting ready to duck but here goes.

Excellent idea for a spreadsheet. If going that far, why not include a taste test, say, on a 1-10 basis? We could be more exact on taste and buy a Brixmeter for about a tenner on Amazon. I'm ducking now and awaiting a response.

Thank you Loofah. You will be able to tell that I'm not familiar with social media. Many thanks, I'll take a look.

Very good Loofah. Credit to whoever made that and great to compare varieties. Thanks.

I don't think I'll be growing them this year, to be honest. They sound great but were either a substitute or sent by mistake. I was expecting an unpronounceable Albanian pepper!:biggrin:

Found these in the rafters of my converted shed. Sungold from last year, although tiny I was surprised they hadn't been turned to mush with all the frosts we've had, down to -8.5c at times. IMG_20240127_152709.jpg
