Can you please help me identify what type of tree this is. It also has a very large rose type bush growing all around it. I have cut this back to around 5 foot high. Is this type of bush likely to cause the tree any issues?

Tree looks like a rowan, mountain ash.
If it's well established I doubt the rose will be doing any harm.

An excellent tree for the garden, bees love the flowers and birds love the berries.
