I planted two Virginia Creeper plants very late last year to cover my back wall. They looked VERY dead not long after planting them.

They soon sprung into life this year as the weather started to cheer up a bit. Now it's starting to go a little ballistic and it's becoming quite thick.

Most of the pictures I've seen have shown this plant with nice rich bright green leaves and in the autumn pure red leaves.

Probably a daft question but will my leaves turn bright green as time goes on? mine are very red and dark green albeit very healthy.

EDIT: It also gets a LOT of sun throughout the day.

Yes, they start off with quite small, almost bronze leaves, which turn green and then red in autumn. When the plant is small, the leaves also stay small until more growth is put on.

There are also several varieties of Virginia Creeper, some bigger and more rampant than others.
