      I too went to our ceremony at our village church & it was a lovely service as usual after ringing.. The sun shone, bright blue skies & a gentle breeze as we all stood around the Memorial which is in the churchyard... Very moving to listen to the names of villagers who gave their lives & so nice to see all the younger generationsof their families there.. So nice to hear people speaking outside with the birds singing in the background which I think make the words even more poignant...
      A young lad from the village plays Last post & The Rouse absolutely note perfect every time..
      A very full congregation & when we all went back into the church the children played in the corner, while Rainbows, S Club & Cubs lit candles inside after the Wreath laying outside..
      Avery good service..
