    That should have read ….a million to one chance….but the screen is getting stuck when I tap the edit button. Won’t let me do it and freezes up.

      Chicken. I always buy a whole one. First I roast it, and stuff it with day old bread, celery, onion, one egg, spices. We have dinner with it. Next day, plenty left for sandwiches, or day after that. Then there is chicken pot pie from scraps left over that might be in 4 days, or might freeze it. Then I take the whole carcass and put it in a big pot of water and simmer it for 4 hours. Get good bone broth out of that, little bits may still fall off. I use a strainer, get all bones out, its then I toss the bones. Liquid goes in a bowl, fat is raised. I may freeze that broth or use it in a few days. And that is one chicken.
