Assuming that the ICE officers are operating within the law, why are they so tetchy when people watch them following that law.
Can we decide on some of these acronyms ? InternalCombustionEngines and now another ICE lot - what is the US version of ICE - ImmigrationCustomsExcessive/Explosive ?? Getting a bit confusing
And why are the FBI not allowing law enforcement officers in Minnesota to investigate an incident that occurred within their state? Is that because ICE are operating outside the constitution, but actually report direct to Trump, who has decided that he is above the law of the USA?
Watching and harassing is too different things, she was harassing. She was a member of the ICE watch group. She had been following several ICE agent groups all day, verbally harassing them. Funny how her family made a statement, that they told her not to get involved with that group Funny how -----she has 4 children all under age 18, so far no "husband" has come forward to say anything. Remember ICE agents are only going after Illegal Immigrants that have shown nasty records of violence. And I imagine Nigel, you are the type of person that will harass those horses with guards at the palace and one of the horses bits you after you have harassed them, you will yell, shoot the horse. I also guess Nigel, if you were driving about and one of your coppers told you to stop, you would just continue on, that is the kind of person you are.
Because there has been too many past history of Minnesota law enforcement officers making bad judgement calls.
I can't see @NigelJ shooting a horse myself. I think the way the ICE shooting is being framed so differently by the two opposing groups in the US says it all really. Neither side wants any common central ground on which to meet.
Why would I harass a horse, let alone shoot one. I would watch it, admire it's turn out and patience, maybe take a photo as a record, in other words observe it. I would certainly not expect the horse to take a pot shot at me as I moved peacefully away. Not sure why you are equating horses and ICE agents.
I've always had a hankering to get into target shooting, I've had a go at clay pigeon shooting, you dont always have to kill things to have some fun and try your skill.
The only time that happened I stopped, mind you there was no chance of him shooting me what ever I did.
In Lincolnshire a number of uncles and neighbours had guns mainly for rough shooting, pest control (mainly rooks and pigeons) and wildfowling. I also knew a lad who did clay pigeon shooting for England under 21's. These days no.
I always remember a very old newspaper picture, probably late 60s or 70s. It was a case where a gunman was holed up in a building, I think, and the good old British bobbies had him trapped. They were throwing milk bottles at him.
