    Hey, he even made a song that was quite popular after the War.

    I never understood why he called it yellow though, perhaps I'm just too young :noidea: :heehee:

      But it was wrong because we didn't all live in it! :noidea:

      I wasn't involved in that one but did go to the rescue of the other Lakonia (Greek cruise ship on a Christmas cruise) in 1963 where the ship caught fire and sunk whilst being towed to harbour (boiler exploded and sunk her). Over a thousand people on board and about 900 survived.
