      No it can't be, iykyk is an abbreviation of "If you know, you know" and "If you know, you know"is not a pronunciation of iykyk it is an expansion and interpretation of the abbreviation.
      iykyk as a five letter word is difficult to pronounce, although in some Carpathian dialect it could mean young ewe about to have it's first lamb.
