      This is an unusual one for a container or hanging basket, a trailing Heucherella, H. Redstone Falls.

          Those are beauties, @LunarSea! :blue thumb: I've never really cracked hanging baskets. I guess it is a bit like flower arranging, only you have to imagine in advance which plants are going to do what in the weeks and months to come.

              Thanks @ViewAhead. Mrs LS didn't want me to post those images cos' apparently they're well past their best! I wouldn't know where to start. She harvests moss from the lawn in advance of planting the baskets and then makes sure to thread (stuff!) the poor young plants through the sides of the metal cage.

                    I love the berries of my sorbus "Apricot Queen". While I don't mind the berries of the common sorbus, I personally find that this more subtle colour goes better with the leaves 20250730_203615~2.jpg
